Our privacy policy applies to your use of all of our software products and all websites owned by InformationFluidity, Inc.

 

Our privacy commitments

  • We don’t sell or share your Personal Information to anyone for any purpose.

  • We keep your Personal Information in our business records while you are a customer, or until it is no longer needed for business, tax or legal purposes

  • Our apps, unless otherwise noted, do not connect to the internet and are unable to transmit any information to any server or external computer, except for crash and usage reports via the Windows Store or Google Play (see below)

  • We will keep your information safe using encryption or other appropriate security controls

 

Information we may collect

  • Account Information includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, service-related details such as payment data, security codes, service history and other information like that

  • Emails and messages sent directly to InformationFluidity.com email addresses or sent via submission forms on our websites

  • Emails addresses voluntarily provided on our websites

  • Application crash reports that are provided by the Windows Store (operated by Microsoft, Inc.) or Google Play (operated by Google, Inc.). These crash reports only contain information about the application state relevant to debugging. Any personal information that may have been provided by Microsoft or Google in these crash reports will be immediately destroyed

  • Application usage reports, only as provided by the Windows Store (operated by Microsoft, Inc.) or Google Play (operated by Google, Inc.). Our practices relevant to personal information that may come through in these reports will be as above

How we collect information

  • When you subscribe to our mailing list

  • When you send us a message, either via email or a submission form on our websites

  • When you download or purchase our apps on the Window Store

  • Reports provided by the Windows Store or Google Play

How we use information we collect

  • To keep you updated on product developments

  • To correspond with you to address specific questions or issues

  • Product development and support: In the event you make any suggestions for product or service improvements or changes, you acknowledge that you will not have any rights, claims, title or expectation for any remuneration for any such improvements or changes.

  • Publicity: InformationFluidity Inc. may seek your permission to use your company name and logo on client lists and in other marketing materials, for the sole purpose of identifying you as a user of the Software or to develop case studies, press releases, and other marketing materials and may publish and freely distribute such information. If you grant such permission to InformationFluidity Inc., you acknowledge that you will not receive any fee or royalty and such permission will be assignable and sub-licensable.

  • InformationFluidity Inc. may use any information you provide for any business purpose without restriction, but will adhere to the privacy practices outlined in this document

Personal, Anonymous & Aggregate Information

  • What is Personal Information? Information that identifies or reasonably can be used to identify you.

  • What is Anonymous Information? This is information that doesn’t identify you and can't reasonably be used to identify you specifically.

  • What is Aggregate Information? We take a whole bunch of people’s data and combine it into anonymous groups or categories.

  • How do we use this information? We use and share this information in many ways including research, analysis, retail marketing, and Relevant Advertising. This data is also included in External Marketing & Analytics Reports.

Our Online Privacy Policy for Children

  • We want you to know that we don't knowingly collect personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 13 unless we first obtain permission from the child's parent or legal guardian.
